This will give your body the correct balance of the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients overall that it will need to function throughout the day. For some people, the gap in between lunch and dinner is too wide and they need something else to hold them over.
If this is you, that is perfectly fine. It is better to eat an extra snack a day if it’s going to help you stay awake and function better.
